Beef arm roast contains a cross-section of an arm bone full of nutritious marrow.   It is typically 2 inches thick and 10 to 12 inches in diameter.

As a result, our herd is far healthier than their feedlot raised counterparts, both for you and for them. Their diet is 95% grass based. The primary ration is comprised of fresh grass and high quality hay, and a small legume based (rather than grain) ration is supplemented to increase protein intake.
