The Angus Boneless Prime Rib is the full ribeye section with the center eye surrounded by the cap. The bones have been removed for ease of preparation. Hand-carved by our skilled butchers, this Angus roast has generous marbling which creates a crisp exterior crust and meltingly tender beefy flavor in every bite.
One pound feeds two people. So, a four pound roast will feed 8. Be sure to go a little larger if you’d like leftovers.
